These Dino Ribs (also called Texas or Plate ribs) are massive and meaty. They are often refered to as brisket on a stick. They are typically cooked low and slow by smoking or braising.
All of our beef animals are born and raised right here on our family farm. We take pride in the love and care our animals recieve while they are in our care. All of our beef is dry aged to perfection in order to minimize shrinkage and maximize flavour! We are proud to provide local, premium, quality beef.
