The Hanger Steak, also called a butcher's steak or hanging tenderloin, is a prized posession. Similar to a flank steak in looks but a much more tender and pronounced beefy flavour. There is only one of these on each animal so these are in short supply.
All of our beef animals are born and raised right here on our family farm. We take pride in the love and care our animals recieve while they are in our care. All of our beef is dry aged to perfection in order to minimize shrinkage and maximize flavour! We are proud to provide local, premium, quality beef.
