Skirt Steak

The Skirt Steak is a flavourful steak often marinaded and used for fajitas or chinese stir-fry. It is important to cut this steak thinly and against the grain to optimize tenderness. 
 
All of our beef animals are born and raised right here on our family farm. We take pride in the love and care our animals recieve while they are in our care. All of our beef is dry aged to perfection in order to minimize shrinkage and maximize flavour! We are proud to provide local, premium, quality beef.
