Tri- Tip

These Tri-tips are a tender, lean, triangular cut. They are often hard to find as there are only 2 of them on a cow. Tri-tips are a whole muscle and and can be cooked as a steak or a roast. 
 
All of our beef animals are born and raised right here on our family farm. We take pride in the love and care our animals recieve while they are in our care. All of our beef is dry aged to perfection in order to minimize shrinkage and maximize flavour! We are proud to provide local, premium, quality beef.
